Everything Is Included: ProMod’s entire office line includes not only all walls, but a ceiling and roof (unlike some distributors, who actually charge extra for the roof). In addition, options such as doors, windows, electrical wiring are all included as part of your free plan design. All engineering and design costs are offered free of charge for all ProMod projects, so you’ll have a complete set of plans to approve (and, if needed, modify) before your order is submitted… all at no cost to you.

- 5/8 type “X” Gypsum are present on both sides of the wall panels, providing superior strength, longer durability, safer fire protection, and better noise control.
- All Pro Mod offices come with structural steel columns that are designed with higher safety rated anchors and true bolted connections for roof beams. All two story and storage roof designs include end wall steel supports at absolutely no additional charge. Unlike our rivals, none of our steel roof support beams are exposed, providing a safe and more appealing office appearance.
- Our exclusive WirePak modular wiring systems means your product comes fully wired for lights, switches, outlets, and (upon request) audio/video/tech needs.
- Pro Mod utilizes The Gripper, our patented steel wall connection that tightly seals out noise, dust, and external temperatures. Every wall in our line is a minimum 3″ thick… or thicker! Flimsy, thin, and weak walls are not a part of what we offer. Each wall component is galvanized steel with baked-on acrylic enamel paint, designed to last as long as you need.. and longer!

WHAT MAKES PRO MOD UNIQUE?
- Our Diamond Coat 8 mil vinyl wall finish is durable, maintenance-free, and between 33% and 100% thicker than other modular lines. Our smooth, cleanable wall finishes mean particulates don’t get trapped on a rough, course surface, as they would with our competitors.
- Our ToughWall is a great value option, with 24 gauge galvanized steel wall facing, finished with a baked-on acrylic enamel paint, unlike some other’s spray on finishes.
- Our standard 9′ wall height provides additional comfort in the work area with higher ceilings (higher ceilings are certainly available on request).
- Our MaxDoor line is a heavy, stronger, and larger steel door (40″ x 84″) with a thicker 16 gauge gasket-sealed jamb.
- Our MaxLite window line offer a taller standard window (48″) to allow for more light, better visibility, and a larger supervision field.All of our wall components are custom matched, resulting in a better appearance with no “zebra striping” or “different dye lot” issues.
